SESSION TIPS AND DETAILS

Welcome to Innovative Cinema! I’m excited to be working with you and to ensure that you have an incredible experience. While making it as fun as possible and capturing some of the best images you'll enjoy for years to come.

BELOW YOU WILL FIND SOME SESSION TIPS AND DETAILS

If you have any specific locations or ideas in mind please let me know ahead of time.

FOR YOUR SESSION:

Bring several of your favorite outfits. It’s a good idea to have about 6 to 8 complete outfits, together with coordinated jewelry, shoes, and props. While you won't use them all it's good to have a variety to choose from. Also, consider bringing accessories such as hats, sunglasses, headbands, etc, make sure your clothes are iron and lint-free (I highly recommend bringing everything on hangers)

Bring your prom/homecoming or evening dress if you have one. If you have a letterman jacket, play a sport, or are involved in a group activity bring your uniform or workout clothes as well as any props (football, soccer ball, etc.). Make sure at least one of your outfits fits the yearbook requirements - please check with your school for guidelines

Make sure your nails are neat (either painted and not chipping) We highly recommend using a makeup artist for your shoot. Please let me know you would like to book hair and makeup (or just makeup so I can provide you with a list of hair and makeup artists). If you are doing your own hair arrive with it styled and ready to go. Be sure to bring a hairspray and a brush in case it’s a little windy outside.

WEATHER: 

Because our sessions are outdoors and our goal is to provide the best and most unique experience possible, we are limited in regards to the weather. In order to create the best images possible, we may reschedule your session due to heat, cold, wind, rain, etc. Be prepared if there is a 50% chance for inclement weather or it is in excess of 95 degrees. If so you will receive a call or email the night before to possibly reschedule. The shoot is not officially canceled until you have heard from me. Hopefully, we have great weather.
